Test Drive the Arts NI website privacy policy

All the data we gather and hold is managed in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy sets out details of the personal information we collect about you and the ways in which we may use that information.

When do we collect personal information?

We collect personal information from you when you register for tickets, complete a contact form or complete a survey on this website. Please note that this information is shared by Audiences NI and the venue or organisation to which you apply for tickets.

To facilitate the fulfilment of your ticket application

To keep you informed about subsequent offers from the venue or organisation you apply to

To keep you informed about arts events through a fortnightly e-newsletter issued in partnership with CultureNorthernIreland.org

To get your feedback on your experience of Test Drive the Arts NI via online survey so that we can develop the project

To report back to our funders on the project (please note that we will not share personal data with funders – any analysis will be aggregated  and anonymous).

If you subsequently decide that you no longer wish to receive information via the CultureNorthernIreland e-newsletter or from the arts organisation you will be able to opt out. However please note that you do need to agree to take part in two online surveys – one shortly after your Test Drive experience and one around a year later.
