The reputations of Aidan O'Rourke (Lau) and Brian Finnegan (Flook) have made KAN extremely popular already. Brian Finnegan was a nominee for Best Musician in this year's BBC Folk Awards, while Aidan O'Rourke, aside from his work with the multi-award-winning Lau, has recently been commissioned to write a new work for the London Olympics in 2012.
